A small heating and cooling company in Richland
There isn't much of a story here. We repair, replace and install heating and cooling systems, and we try to be easy to deal with while we're at it.
How we work
We're a small, owner-run outfit working out of a shop on North Columbia Center Boulevard in Kennewick. That comes with trade-offs. We can't promise someone on your doorstep within the hour, and we don't run a night shift. What we can do is turn up when we said we would, tell you what we found, and charge what we quoted.
Most of the heating and cooling adverts around here promise to be the fastest and the best. We're not going to claim that. There are several good companies in the Tri-Cities, and some weeks one of them will get to you sooner than we can. We'd just like a fair shot at the work.
We're licensed and insured in Washington State. That's the last you'll hear about it on this website.

Three habits, and that's the whole philosophy
We price it before we start
Every time, in writing. If the job changes once we're into it, we stop and talk to you rather than adding it to the bill.
We size things properly
It takes longer and now and then it costs us a sale, because the honest answer is often a smaller system than you expected.
We say when we can't help
Wrong job for us, or booked out too far to be useful — you'll hear that on the first call, not the third.
That's genuinely it
No awards page, no counter of jobs done. If the website was easy to use and the phone call is straightforward, that's the impression we were going for.
